Library membership process is as follows;

 

  1. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University students, academic and administrative staff are natural members of the library. They can borrow materials from the library using their university ID cards.
  2. Members must show their university ID card when borrowing materials.
  3. The academic, administrative staff and graduate students of the University who want to borrow material from other university libraries are obliged to comply with the lending rules of the relevant library.
  4. Legal entities can benefit from the material borrowing service, depending on the interlibrary loan (ILL) protocols.
  5. Limits on the number of materials and days that library members can borrow are determined by the recommendation of the Head of the Library and Documentation Department and the approval of the General Secretariat.
  6. Current library automation program records are taken as basis in all loan transactions.
